1. Exchanges are accepted if: you require a different size / color of the same product. * Within 24 hours of delivery (temporarily suspended due to covid-19)

2. No item will be reserved without prior full payment.

3. Once payments have been made the product is yours and cash refunds aren’t accepted.

4.please bear in mind that your order placed will be delivered within a period of three days or less (Male' / Hulhumale'). If your order is delivered on the same day as its placed it is because there are fewer orders in the waiting list. Orders will be delivered on a first come first serve basis. For regional deliveries there is a five day period for the order to be processed and delivered to the delivery agent in Male')

5. free deliveries are made for purchases of mvr 200 and above. If your purchase is below MVR200 please note that you will be charged a fee of MVR15 at the checkout. (Male'/ Hulhumale' orders)

6. Free deliveries are applied to first attempt deliveries. A text message will be sent to your phone via a delivery service when we dispatch deliveries and will be notified via text again when the item reaches your address afterwards. If we aren't able to reach you at this point we will reschedule the delivery and a fee of MVR15 will be charged for every delivery attempt made after the first attempt (Male' /Hulhumale'). 

7. We deliver to boats and ferries as long as we can get details of the ferry, a time and contact number of a person in charge. 

8. Same day delivery option is now available but within a period of four hours, you will be charged an additional MVR 25 for same day requests (option available at checkout). PLEASE NOTE: same day deliveries placed before 12:00 will be delivered on the same day, orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered the next day due to vehicle restrictions  at night. (Male'/Hulhumale')
